Stanley Cooper T&S sources it’s lumber from an environmentally responsible source. All our logs are PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) tagged. PEFC is the world’s leading forest certification organization, an international non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting sustainable forest management. The Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification is the certification system of choice for small forest owners.
Environmental Benefits / Impact Of Using Wood Flooring
Wood flooring is the most abundantly renewable flooring material available. Sustainable forest management makes it possible to harvest wood without any serious impact on the environment, because trees are a renewable resource that can be replaced time and time again.
